Name:
Cybil Greenscale
Age:
N/A
Sex:
Male
Appearance:
Weapons:
Cybil uses a decorative scythe which he named Hametsu (破滅-Bane.) As seen in his picture above the scythe is made from a special, clear type of crystal found only in the Realm of life, his home world. The durability of this crystal is extremely high and is resistant to the elements of weather, I.E heat, cold. The Scythe it's self has etchings of vines and roses going all the way up the staff portion of it, even going out unto the blade of the scythe.
The weight of this weapon is two hundred and twenty-five pounds, the reason being due to the high density of the crystal. However this only goes to show that although he doesn't look strong, he can wield this weapon one-handedly with very little to no effort, a testament perhaps even proof of his dragon blood that runs in him. Although the blade its self has no special powers nor grants him powers, it does have a small trick with it.
The blade is coated in a hemotoxin , equal to that of a rattlesnake's venom. Cybil himself is not one to fight himself in melee combat. He doesn't like dirtying his own hands so on the very off-chance his enemies manage to get close to him, he wants to make sure they are dealt with quickly.
Powers:
Cybil being the new lord of the realm of life has many powers related to the realm. Below are a list of them a long with a short explanation of what each of them do.
Flora influence: Cybil has full control over plants. Rather he grows them with his seeds or if there just the natural flora of the region. He can change there genetic structure into much more mobile aggressive creatures or simply use there roots. It requires no ritual it is simply the element he controls, the element of life. Cybil has dominance over this element also being the ruler of the realm of life.
Cybil also has seeds on him that he can plant into the ground and cause to grow rapidly. These usually serve as traps or a long drawn out set up for his 'playground' which will be explained later on.
Life Rifts: Being the lord and commander over the entire realm of life, Cybil has the ability to open a rift to the elemental plane of Life at will which allow him to summon powerful creatures from the elemental plane to fight for him. These creatures are wide and varied each having a different style of combat. These rifts can be closed by the enemy by getting to and defeating the pylons within the rift. Doing this will close the rift and keep anymore creatures from being summoned. However whatever creatures have been brought out of the rift will not vanish. They must be killed.
As for how this works within T1, Cybil can only summon 3 creatures a turn and he can only summon a rift every 5 turns (Not counting enemy post.) This is a huge source of his fighting ability. It should be noted, in the event the enemy fails to close the rift and the post cool down passes, he can summon another rift a long with the other. This means 6 creatures of life would be coming through at a time. So. Ignoring the rifts is not smart.
Summoning the plane of life: This is perhaps his strongest ability and also takes the longest set up. To pull this off requires ten post (his post) worth of prep and is a one time use per fight. What this ability does is turn the current area through the use of his seeds which are taken from the plane of life and growing a very large hedge maze of sorts. There are no exits and the roof is covered up. The maze is covered in flora which means he can attack from any direction with anything in the maze. The down side is he can not move from the room he is within the maze. Also once the hedge is in place, the current life rifts open will close themselves and all current life creatures go back to the plane of life.
However, at the end of the maze is not only Cybil but a single, extremely powerful enemy other than Cybil himself. The enemy must fight there way through the maze and defeat this last enemy to face off against Cybil at this point. Although he can still use his plants to attack from the maze he can no longer open rifts or summon anymore guards to protect him. If the fight goes this far and he uses this skill it's a one vs one fight from there on out. This is Cybil's most powerful ability.
Cybil can get rid of the maze however, he will not be able to use it again, no matter how many prep post are made. As stated before, this is a once-per-fight use.
Types of Rift creatures:
There is such a wide array of creatures that Cybil can summon to his aid and each has there own type of abilities that this a list of them and there abilities. These aren't pushover NPCs.
Fae: Fae's are the magic specialist that Cybil can summon. There easiest compared to a mage as they wield magic as a warrior does a weapon. They attack mostly with arcane type of magic so they tend to attack at a distance and can also fly to help keep there distance.
Fae Abilities:
Fae Blast: This is the most basic of the Fae's skills. They send a mildly damaging blast of arcane energy out towards the enemy. This spell also explodes on impact, the explosion being fairly deadly as well so blocking it is not the best of ideas.
Fae Barrier: This is the defensive move of the Fae that they can cast upon there allies or objects of there choosing (I.E pylons of rifts.). Only one barrier can be active per-fae and the barrier makes the target immune to damage but also unable to make any attacks. People who are specialized in barriers can dispel this, though it takes a high amount of skill to do so. The only other way to get rid of the shield is to kill the Fae who cast it.
Fae Barrage: This is a two-prep (read casting time) spell and the most powerful attack Fae's have but it also has two different forms. The first form is the most common and name sake of the spell which is where they launch around fifty Fae blast at once, manipulating there direction.
There second rare form of the Fae barrage is without a doubt the most powerful form. A very large, though slower fae blast like attack. The damage it cause with both impact and explosion is to simply put, lethal and substantial.
Trolls: Trolls are the melee specialist that Cybil can summon. They come in many shapes and sizes but they all share three common traits. Brutal strong. Don't know the meaning of Pain. Fast. Yes, although they do not look it the trolls he summons are surprisingly fast and should have no trouble keeping up with there targets.
The trolls don't have any special abilities per say like the Fae however, they can boost there speed or strength (never at the same time) as they wish and to what suits there needs best. Also there blood turns into a deadly gas upon meeting the outside air that if inhaled will, to put it lightly, dissolve any tissue it comes in contact with from there on in.
Bees: Bees. There fast and small and never seem much of a threat. However, the bees from the realm of life are deadly, though not because of anything they throw at the enemy. Rather it's the poison that is in there stingers.
Although, stinging the enemy does kill them and they have no offensive or defensive traits to speak of, they have a strong paralytic toxin. If stung, paralysis would over take the body of the victim within a minute or two, though the muscle relaxation would be instant in the stung location.
